He has been in homoeopathic practice for 30 years, and has been teaching homeopathic philosophy and materia medica, as well as engaging in clinical and research supervision for over 25 years. He has delivered lectures and seminars in South Africa, India, Latvia and the UK, presented research papers at congresses in 15 countries, and reviews for six international medical journals. He is an internationally-regarded expert in the field of homeopathic provings, and has served as the representative for Homoeopathy on the Allied Health Professions Council of South Africa for 10 years, and thereafter as a representative for Homeopathy on the Professional Board for Homoeopathy, Naturopathy and Phytotherapy for 5 years. He is currently the Secretary for Research of the Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis and a Trustee of the Homeopathy Research Institute (UK).
