CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers can cancel their order or requested services within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not already been delivered or initiated.

Refunds will be made back to the payment solution originally used by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

For services marked as No Refund / No Cancellation, this will be clearly communicated to cardholders prior to completing the purchase to prevent misunderstandings or disputes.
