Ms Lina Lukosiene

Lina Lukošienė is a Lithuanian Ayurveda specialist and yoga teacher born in 1955. She studied at Kaunas University of Technology and completed specialized training at the Ayurveda Institute “Jiva” in India and the International Sivananda Yoga Center. She currently serves as Director and lecturer at the Public Institution Ayurvedic Academy Lithuania, while also holding the position of Vice-Chair at the Lithuanian Chamber of Healthy Lifestyle and Natural Medicine. Throughout her career, she has developed a comprehensive 3-year Ayurveda continuing education program and created various Ayurveda programs for seminars and camps in both Lithuania and India. She has contributed extensively to the field through numerous articles on Ayurvedic and yoga topics in magazines and television interviews. Fluent in Lithuanian, Russian, and German, with satisfactory English, she is known for her leadership qualities, positivity, and diplomatic approach to her work in public health and Ayurvedic medicine.
