Dr. Rucha Kelkar is the Founder and Director of Ayurbliss Wellness Center in San Mateo, California, and currently serves as Chair of the Mount Madonna Institute—College of Ayurveda and President of the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA). With over 23 years of experience as a clinician, educator, speaker, and writer, she has mentored Stanford Medical School students, contributed to breast cancer research at the University of California, San Francisco, and serves as faculty for leading Ayurveda schools. At Ayurbliss, she provides personalized Ayurvedic care through herbal treatments and Panchakarma therapies while also practicing Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Yoga Therapy. She has been invited to speak at prestigious venues including the AYUSH World Ayurveda Congress in India, the Consulate General of India in San Francisco, and the Indian Embassy in Berlin. Dr. Kelkar is dedicated to integrating the rehabilitative principles of Physical Therapy with the wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga, offering a holistic approach to wellness and healing.
