Dr Harsha Gramminger

Dr. Harsha Gramminger, M.D. is a medical doctor, internationally recognized Ayurveda expert, author, speaker, and founder of the Vital Leadership Concept. She holds a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and studied Economics at German universities before completing her Doctor of Medicine at the University of Hamburg, where her doctoral thesis focused on auxiliary liver cell transplantation. Dr. Gramminger received extensive clinical Ayurveda training in India under Prof. Pratibh Debnath and advanced studies with Dr. Vasant Lad in the USA and India. Since 1992, she has maintained private Ayurveda medical practices in Germany and Italy and founded a Panchakarma clinic and Ayurvedic academies for medical education in Europe. She is President of the European Ayurveda Association, a consultant for integrative healthcare and leadership, and an advocate for the structured integration of Ayurveda into European health systems.
