Official stand & presentation agency (design, decoration, display aids/stands)

Attendant / interpreter / guides

Business & media centre services (fax, e-mail, photography, computer services, etc.)

Official freight forwarding, handling, and clearing agency

Operations & Compliance :

Handling & Clearance of Goods

Exhibitors are responsible for clearing and handling their exhibits.

Assistance is available from the official clearing & forwarding agency.

Follow the organiser’s schedule for set-up and dismantling. Non-compliance may attract penalties.

A circular / e-mail with detailed instructions will be issued to all confirmed stall holders.

General Code of Conduct

a) Exhibitors must not litter the surroundings.

b) Garbage bins must be placed inside the stalls only.

c) Any equipment / material / goods found in aisles or gangways during visiting hours will be removed by organisers without notice.

Exhibitors’ Pass & Gate Pass

Passes will be issued to authorised personnel at the registration counter / help desk.

Exhibitors are not allowed to vacate stalls without a valid gate pass.

Subletting

Subletting of stalls is strictly prohibited.

General Guidelines

Exhibitors are liable for compensation for any harm to persons (staff, agents, organisers) and for any damage to the property of organisers or other exhibitors.

Liability includes damages caused by the exhibitor or their agents during transportation, installation, the expo period, or dismantling.
